Designed as a party-sized prepared mix that is loaded full of essence of the holiday season, making it perfect for a festive gathering. Reserve the remaining citrus syrup for morning drinks, sweets, or to mix another batch of bikinis.

Serves 10 servings
Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (yields 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g granulated sugar
Ingredients for the Cocktail (makes 850ml, serving 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml London dry gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine syrup (from the recipe above)
A few cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Instructions
For the Syrup: Put the listed components into a pot, bring to a simmer, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Next, remove from the stove and let it to reach room temperature entirely. Decant into a sealable bottle, seal and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, it will last for up to four weeks.
For the Cocktail Base: Mix all the liquids in a sizeable container, let it rest for 60 minutes, then filter it best through cheesecloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml of the premix to a cocktail shaker packed with ice, and agitate lightly for one minute to chill. Strain into an cold coupe glass or equivalent, top with the cranberries and complete it with a quick spritz of mandarin oil over the drink.
